Great build plate & strong magnet
So I’m building a Ender3 V2 Max Neo from “for parts only” kits from another place, might be the E. Bay place. The last bit was to get a build plate as none of the boxes had the factory glass.I’ve got PEI plates on all my other printers, so this was a no brainer. The magnet was thick and strong, the plate snaps down with a pretty good force. It did not have a ‘3M’ marking on the paper as the other ones I’ve bought have had, those were the 235x235 size though. The plate is nicely textured, smoother than another I’ve bought, but the stiction is just as good.Parts stick and pop off with a slight lift. It works great.Only thing I’d change is the company’s logo is on both sides of the plate, not a deal breaker. Also, the photo with the plate hanging on by the edge, I’m not supporting it at all, added a photo to prove it.

Amazing bed.
I was using the bed that came with my ender 3 v2 and thought it was pretty good. Well I was having trouble with abs adhesion so I decided to level the the bed closer to the nozzle. Big mistake. It adhered to the texture of the bed to the point I couldn't get it off. So I decided that I would use acetone to clean the bed. This was the nail in the coffin. It delaminate the top layer of the original bed. So I started looking through Amazon for a new bed. This one had great reviews so I decided to try it. Man printing has never been easier. My old bed had to be leveled every few prints. This one hasn't had to be leveled since I first installed it and have 20+ prints including one 25 hour print and counting. Abs does well and pla/ tpu is a breeze. No issues with adhesion and once the bed cools, the parts can almost be blown off. The only issue is that if you have a power outage and the bed cools, you will have to restart the print. Best settings for pla for me are 60°C bed temp and 210°C nozzle temp and you can run 90 mm/s. If you don't want strings (I usually just run a lighter over the print to remove so nbd for me but.. ) I recommend 70 mm/s or slower. I have an ender 3 v2 so keep that in mind for those settings. But for sure worth a buy haven't had the chance to use the flat side. 100% worth the money.

Great adherence
My glass plate on my Ender 3 v2 was starting to give me problems but with this I’m able to reliably print something without the fear of it sticking and never being able to take it off. The installation of the magnet was easy and once the print is done you can take the plate off and let it cool down quickly by waving it around (since the print is pretty secure on it) before flexing the plate to unstick the print. The size was perfect for my print bed size.

Perfect PEI surface for the price point
This was a game changer for me. PLA prints wuld have perfect first layer adhesion then pop right off once done and cooled. For the price it is at, it is amazing. However I did just purchase this about 2 1/2 months ago and while I have been printing fairly regularly, I just started to notice the PEI coating beginning to peel up where the first layers would often be. So I lost my print adhesion in this area. I have flipped it over and am using the glossy side with a bit of glue stick - but I will have to order another one. If the new one goes anywhere near as quickly, I will have to bite the bullet and buy an actual powder coated one, not just one with a thin layer of the textured material stuck on top like this one is. Again, for the price it is great. If you do not feel like dropping $100 right away this is a great option.

Works great
This thing just works. It fit my printer perfect. I don't have to use any glue or anything, the prints just stick. When the print is done and the bed cools off, I give the plate a little flex and the model comes right off. It's double sided too which is a nice bonus.

Adhesion issues are a thing of the past!
No more glass with glue and mixed results for me! I removed the glass bed and wiped the bed mounting surface below it with alcohol. I let it dry and then carefully stuck the self-adhesive magnet to the bed. I put the textured metal sheet in place and then gave that surface a quick alcohol wipe-down. I give the bed a quick wipe-down between every few prints. I have printed several spools of PLA with nozzle temp of 205° and a bed temp of 60°, with zero adhesion issues. When the print is complete, I lift to sheet off the printer. A little bend of the sheet has the printed parts making little releasing sounds, and they come right off clean as a whistle. I had adhesion issues with parts releasing part way through the print and such prior to installing this and they are a thing of the past!

No more putty knife!
This is SO much easier than using a scraping tool on a glass bed. Just lift the steel up, flex it, and pop the print off. Installation was easy, just stick the magnetic bit to the printer using the adhesive side. I've done a few prints and They've worked really well. I've only used the textured side, but it works really well. I feel stupid for waiting this long to get this.Printer: Ender 3 NeoFilament: PLA
