Real life tough guy who also tells great stories
You like Chris Ryan or you don't. If you do, this is clever, interesting, and exciting - tough but without having the excessive brutality which Ryan and McNab sometimes use. I like my entertainment to excite me, not nauseate me, but hey, what can I say, I never tried to get selected for the SAS and you might be into modern gory forensic serial-killer stuff and miss a bit more blood and torture! Personally I think this is one of Ryan's best, of the ones I've read - I haven't read them all, but a number of them. This was well worked out and felt worth the money!

Great read
Excellent book typical Chris Ryan edgy from start to finish could not put it down at all I read somewhere there are quite a few of the suitcase nukes buried in NATO capitals ready for use from the cold war days let's hope terrorists never get hold of them Great book as usual

A great one. Again.
I hate stories with nukes. They’re always so predictable. Some nutter wants to detonate a nuke, the heroes have to stop him etc etc. But this one was different. Really great build up, great story as it progressed, great wrap. Another stellar piece. Buy it.

Fast paced and enjoyable.
Not the best Chris Ryan book I've written but still thoroughly enjoyable. Ryan's books are fast paced and practically force you to continue reading to find out what happens next.

Good book, Tv series- meh
It’s a Chris Ryan book so you know what you are getting. It’s certainly better than the TV series since the yanks got involved.

A great read
This book was gripping, with excitement all the way through. The technical sides were well covered and the characters were very well drawn up. I really enjoyed it and I would recommend it to others who like this genre.

Fast paced excitement
Another great exciting read from Chris Ryan. Good storyline with great twist, an enjoyable read. One of the best authors at this genre

The dearest but not the best
Much more expensive than the usual Chris Ryan and, to me, not up to the standards of the other Strike Back and Danny Black stories. Seemed to be sloppy writing too. Hopefully just a blip from Chris Ryan.
