Bought this for my extremely picky autistic son, who has had the same dressing gown for 6 years because he didn't like any others. I let him choose the colour and he is really pleased with it. It is washing and wearing well, he says it's comfortable (& I believe him, because he would refuse to wear it otherwise) and it's a good, absorbent towelling. It is a very bright orange, but if you're going to go for orange, you may as well do it with conviction.If it's still available in 6 years' time, I would definitely buy it again for his follow up bathrobe.

My son is thrilled to have a hoodless bathrobe; they are difficult to find. I have only just opened this and the quality seems ok so far, though a wash or two will provide more insight into that later. My only issue was that for size 8-10, I would have expected a little more room for him. I don't think this will last 2 years as he's 8 now and it's a perfect fit. He's not a large child, either. He's actually only in the 30th percentile! So I'd advise you to buy a size larger if you have a larger child or want it to last a little longer.

Very very slim fitting, my granddaughter is 13 and very slim but this would not have had much fold over for her modesty and only came to her knees, and that was before washing!!! Requested to return but still have had no response.

Overall, happy with the bathrobes. The blue and orange were just what I wanted. The lime green one didnt quite meet my high standards, but is still acceptable. It wasnt quite as fluffy as the other two. There was a slight discolouration to a small area on the front,, but probably only noticeable by me.The seller was very helpful.
