The Cook-Zen Wagashi Cookbook: Traditional Japanese Sweets Made Simply in the Microwave

First off, the title is misleading. The Cook-Zen is a steamer type pot created by the author and all the recipes/ instructions are how to make wagashi with that pot. That information was not clearly explained in the listing. I was not about to buy the pot so I returned the book. However, if you do purchase the pot, then this is a good book.

Agree with previous buyer, all to sell the pot. But the receipts are also a problem, using materials unobtainable in the US, waist of investment, nice pictures, but most are online and of comparable quality.
