The case is well made and so easy to put together. The price point is Great. Of course they claim water right but I’m not going to dunk it to find out. Others may need to do that. I purchased this to protect the screen and lenses and of course the shock of a drop. This was a hard to beat. Great product Thank you

I’ve had this case for almost two years. It’s very well-loved. My phone drops on average at least twice a day, and the case has kept it intact even with all those drops. I just ordered a replacement - the exact same case. It does its job well. After two years, some normal wear and tear is showing, evidence of all the drops. But even so it still works. Water-proof functionality is great. Installation and cleaning are easy.

I do like the case and feel like it will protect the whole phone, however i will say it does feel a bit bulky however the martial is non slip so its not gonna fall out of your hands the one issue i did have is that when i snapped the case on it kept hitting the silent button on the side of the phone, phone is not easy to get out of the case without the tool that they provide and I wouldn't say that's a down side but just make sure you put it up where you will be able to get to it if needed. but the fit is very nice and tight and the quality is worth it.

This is the second time I’ve purchased this product and now I’m purchasing it for the 3rd time. This case has protected my phone through hundreds of falls. I literally drop my phone several times a day and my phone has gone through encounters with water and has survived untouched because of this case. I know it’s not a pretty case. And I would like to have a pretty case, but the safety of my phone is my first priority. And this case ultimately does the job!

- Not as pink in the pictures showcasing the phone... it's actually an ugly dark pink. - The Audio Quality is a ton worse, leading you to be constantly maxed out on volume just to be able to hear it like you could at 30% volume without the case - The Screen Protector that's built into the case causes Smears, Glares, and it's just not able to be cleaned easily, sometimes causing me to wipe it down every few times I touch the screen. - The Functionality of the Magsafe Charge is very weak, any type of tug or even a slight touch can cause the Magnet to slip completely off the case... picking up my phone caused it to slip off and discharge. - The Installation of the Case onto my phone wasn't easy either as it's not a push on, you actually have to push and force pressure outwards to get the back of the case to clamp on which it doesn't even describe to you. - Admittedly, the waterproof, and protection to the phone itself is good, but with all the other negatives I couldn't recommend this.

I was skeptical based on the varied reviews I found here but figured for $20 it was worth a try. I did the paper towel test before using it for real and the paper towel stayed bone dry. Once I got to Hawaii, I popped my phone in the case and dove into the ocean! Over the course of 5 days, swimming for at least an hour each day, my phone remained totally dry and I got some good pictures from under water. Sadly, the visibility on the days I was snorkeling wasn't the best, but the case let me accurately capture what I was seeing underwater. Initially I was thinking that I'd just put the phone in the case only while I was swimming, but I found that the case isn't much more bulky than the case I normally keep my phone in so I ended up just leaving it in this case for my entire trip. I didn't find the cover on the screen to impede the responsiveness of the phone at all when I wasn't in the water (when the screen is wet, it's a pain because the screen doesn't respond well with water on it, regardless of if it's in a case or not). I had worried that the repeated opening and closing of the bottom hatch to access the lightning port might wear the seals out and let water in, but that never happened. One note I'll make, I didn't use the phone to make phone calls while it was in the case. I use bluetooth headphones when making calls so if there was any degradation of sound quality due to this case (as others have reported) this isn't an issue for my use case. My main goals with this case was to keep my phone dry and to let me take decent quality photos underwater. It accomplished both those goals like a champ so I'm a happy customer. The one small negative is that I'd prefer a more secure wrist strap solution. I think my ideal would be something that cinched more securely around my wrist. There were times when I was navigating in the water with my arms only and I was a little worried that if the phone slipped out of my hands that it'd easily slip off my wrist because the lanyard is so loose. But I found the case to have good grip and I never dropped my phone, thankfully. I'll probably look for an alternative wrist lanyard the next time I go out, since I tend to snorkel in areas where it sometimes gets pretty deep.

The case did not seem sturdy to me. The translucent back cover is thin and seem brittle to me. Also, you can charge wirelessly if you lay the phone flat, but if you try to turn the charger vertical, it slips off of the charger. These two things were enough to make me return the case. I did not test it beyond this two things.

Bought for my trip to Thailand, doesn’t work the best and the phone is hard to use while case is on. Not super touch sensitive but did keep the phone dry.

I love it... The quality of this product was extremely awesome, I'm using this for my swimming lessons and it's so useful and very clear capture and easy to touch the screen and there's no link water inside my phone😊❤👌

Fits iPhone 13 perfectly, built in screen protector is the #1 feature for me, no bubbles. Case is rugged but also nice looking, not bulky, waterproofness yet to be tested. So far I’m very happy.
