I received a well-packaged item, but it was missing one of its tiny legs. I just sent them an email and got a replacement two days later, with an apology. Now, in the UK, good customer service makes any hiccup forgettable. Oh, and the machine works great—just don't be me and try to dry everything in the kitchen.

This is a decent little dehydrator. I've used it a few times now and I like to rotate the drawers whilst I'm checking the contents for how they are progressing. It's a very useful piece of kit and I wouldn't be without it. I dry fruit and veg but I know someone who makes their own beef jerky with great success in one of these. It's easy to use, sturdy and good value for money.

The media could not be loaded. Bottom line, it makes great jerky and dried fruit! But if you're looking for something that goes past 60-64° and stays there, look elsewhere. But given the price it's great quality for the money and it holds more than you're think! I put a cardboard box around it while it's running to keep the temp up which helps as well. Good little machine especially for beginners.

I have tried using it but it does not work for me no timer on it the settings I don't understand would I buy again No waste of money

Very good for price,excellent for home use,dry nicely and pretty quick,

Does the job but even for the thinnest sliced items it took days to dry, they did eventually dry but not worth the cost would be better off buying a more expensive higher quality one. Easy to use it only got the one setting to adjust and small enough to fit on a worktop, it’s not too noisy once I close the kitchen door.

Chap & not cheefull.Not great,eneven heat distribution,inaccurate temperature. Badly fitted trays.

Decent product for low price.
