It seems good, but I don't think you can replace the filter balls so I will be buying yet another shower head in a few months. Maybe I'm wrong about that though. I'll update the review after I try.UPDATE: I was wrong. Simply unscrew the bottom wand with the red balls from the top part with the shower head and the grey balls to replace them. You can also unscrew the silver piece around the shower head so you can clean it. And, it looks like there is the place for the vitamin C packs in the back of the shower head if you wanted to add vitamin C to the filter. Now I feel this is a 5-star product. I like this much more than the previous one I bought for triple the price at Walmart.

Easy to install. Includes o rings to prevent leaking. Water pressure was much better than previous head

Too difficult to use !!!
I have to use all my strength to try to adjust the flow changes. Not happy. Will replace with one that I can actually adjust eadily
