This doesn’t come with a scoop. How many teaspoons is 30g??

On the back of the tub is says 3 tablespoons (30g) per serving. A tablespoon is 3 teaspoons, so you need 9 teaspoons to make 30 grams.

What results did you have with this protein? I would like to know opinions from oeople who trained properly and has taken this protein power. Thank yo

I used this protein as part of 145g overall intake a day to supplement resistance training and swimming. I generally put on muscle easily anyway, but definitely gained muscle whilst using this and training 5-6 days a week.
