FolkArt Glow-in-the-Dark Acrylic Paint, 2 oz., Red (Pack of 3)

Works best with several coats. Had no problem with it clumping and was very easy to apply. Glow in the dark is spectacular even when charged with normal lighting. Have not used it with our blacklight yet. The charging time seems somewhat longer than the glowing time. Otherwise ,NICE STUFF. One other thing, it does not glow with darker colors ; even some of the greens.

This paint works as expected and is a great price. I haven't used much of it yet so I don't know how much I'll have to use to make something really glow. So far it's dried clear and leaves a bit of a shine. I don't know if it's still clear after multiple coats. For my project I prefer it to be clear and simply glow after it's been energized. It probably looks great under a black light.

I read all of the reviews, I knew this was more pink than red and that it was very thin, however the number one thing I needed was the glow and it did not glow at all. The color is definitely pink, however with several coats, when it dried, it does darken up to be closer to red. I used many coats to get the desired look, but even with many coats, there was zero glow. It really needs to go back to the drawing board. It should cover in 2 coats, dry to a red color and of course give off a glow. Don't waste your time.

Bought the paint for the advertised bluish glow as shown for a model kit. Disappointed at the lack of accuracy in the advertisement. Without UV light it looks white but goes yellow green in UV. Now to find something else to replace this.

I su lots of glow in the dark paint. This is the only one, even of this brand that goes on well with out streaks. Still takes 5 or more coats on wood but it looks great

Its probably me, I may not have used it correctly. I leaves some areas clumpy. It definitely glows! I was using it on sugar skulls that had lights in them and you can see an uneven glow between the clumps. like I said I may not be applying it right. I gave it a three, while I may have had problems those who knew what the were doing may have no problems

I have had this Paint for a Year & it’s great, im about to run out, I hadn’t used it much but now, I want to for a Project I have but its been out of stock. The Glow is great! I have a UV Bulb that charges it well. It’s decently thick & the Color Blue looks Amazing. Works well on Rubber, Paper, Plastic & Fabric. You have to let it dry for 2 hours or longer & do not touch it. Definitely, well worth the Value.
