I’ve got one full charge in so far but I’ll say this, the X43 is a solid little unit and highly addictive. I found myself sitting, mouth open, staring in amazement as this little 4x4 cruised effortlessly across the carpet. Overtaking small objects and navigating quite easily. Very impressive as its only 1/43 scale! Be careful though it is more fragile than most expect, primarily the drive line looks susceptible to breaking. The radio controller works well, and very tunable.

Awesome little car but broke the first day i had it. Was able to fix it then 2 weeks later tried to trurn the switch on and the switch broke.

Wanted to get another one of these after having so much fun with my first one for almost a year. Was beyond disappointed when I realized I got a different maybe “upgraded” model. See photos the new is on the left and the old is on the right. It has a different motor in the front and it sucks. This thing sounds like it’s stripping gears at the slightest incline. Idk why they changed it but it’s not the same model I ordered before. First one was awesome and had no complaints. This one struggles on inclines and anytime 1 wheel is slightly stuck it just sounds like it is stripping gears and going nowhere. The old model would power through 99% of the sections where this one just doesn’t. Beyond disappointed and complete bs you don’t at least list it as a “v2” or something so we know there’s been changes. Also it’s mainly the back wheels that sound like they have the transmission slipping issue and that’s what has me the most confused as the rear motor looks to be the same as the previous…
