Why did you pick this product vs others?: Good price, bulk amount so I could hand out one to each person in my department. I know null modem serial communication is an old system but its common where I work.

Have used dozens of these on marine vessels in moist and corrosive environments with a lot of vibration. They hold up well. The narrow design is great. Other null modems are an inch long and take up more space.

Worked great. Mine did not fall apart when the jack screws are removed as some have reported.
