I LOVED these earbuds and wanted to check in with Amazon and give them a five star ⭐️ review. However a week after having that thought, one of the buds crapped out so I only have one earbud that works !now I think I should have earbuds lasting longer than seven months don’t you? Is that too much to ask? Are things basically just built to self-destruct so they can be re-purchased? What is the normal life expectancy of a pair of earbuds?And I just ordered and received two more pairs that I was going to get for Christmas to other people so what do I do now expect them to crap out in seven months?

Probably the best item i’ve ever bought on Amazon, and I’ve bought hundreds of items, most good, many excellent. Three reasons for my conclusion: 1) every description of product accompanying online ad was spot on, precise, totally truthful. This creates great trust with manufacturer. 2) superb quality, excellent design, especially of the earbuds, and 3) ridiculously reasonable price, especially compared to Apple earbuds designed for my iPhone, which it puts to shame, at much lower price! Congratulations on such a superior product.

Forget about this product if you are after namebrand logos. But if half eaten apples don't motivate you and instead you are looking for performance, keep reading.Everything from the package, the product design, the tangle-free cord, and the great color coordination (black-red for me) made me fall in love with these earbuds right from the start. When I tired them on for the first time, they fit perfect. The small angle helps you identify the right and left pieces.Considering this is an in-ear headphone, the sound is spectacular, and there is a bit of noise cancellation but just a bit.The model I selected included a microphone, and my collegues said they could hear me crystal clear.

This would have been a great product except for the fact that I needed to use the large size ear bud pads and it came with the medium. The medium were extremely difficult to remove, but it was impossible to get the large size ear buds onto the stem which rendered the whole product useless. I threw it out and instead went to Walmart and bought their $2 per pair ear buds instead. Walmart's earbuds were easy to change to a larger size and so far the sound quality is ok.

These earphones are amazing. Unfortunately my right ear piece just stopped working because the wiring got messed up where the wires separate. The sound quality is very good, especially for music. These also cancel out noise pretty well. i actually slept with them on to cancel all the ambient noise which is probably why the right ear piece messed up. They come with a packet to keep your wires in and extra ear buds for different size ear holes. It was difficult to change at first but eventually you learn how to do it better. Also i accidentally washed these in the washer and when i took them out, they still worked. Definitely buying them again right now. Last thing, I just realized i bought these earphones Sept. 4 2018 and it is one year later that im buying them againUpdate: Just received my new earphones. A little disappointed they didn't send me a pouch to hold my earphones in. Last year when I bought these, there was a pouch included. Other than that it's all good. New design on the box

Received in August 2019 and by now, both earphones have failed. One earphone does not display any sound at all, the other one is only on one earplug. Both issues seem to originate from the connection of the flat-band cable to the iphone connector plug. I originally bought a set in April 2018 and they lastet at least a year. But they are also gone now. Same issue.

I get very annoyed when I spend upwards of $50 for name brand headphones like Beats or Sony...only to bring them home and the sound quality is poor. These headphones are great! The bass, great! The noise canceling feature, great! The tangle-free cord, great! For $19.99 you can't go wrong!

Purchased for 3 grandkids and all 3 love them. Each child has different size ears and this product with alternative size of ear piece proved individualized fit. Quality is great and durable for teen to tweens!

Love the packaging of the product. Product had a premium feel before I even opened the box. Overall design is quite sleek, very minimalistic with nice red and black details throughout. Very light weight and suprisingly is very comfortable and fits very well. Comes with some extra ear pieces so you can choose a size that fits best. Comes with a nice pouch to carry around with you however the headphones is more to attach to my work computer so I don’t think I’ll be bringing it around too much. The mic function is nice and clear. The button is well built, has a premium feel, soft touch and quite responsive. Unfortunately it doesn’t have volume control but does allow my Mac to pause, skip as well as go back tracks. Finally, the sound is great, has a very nice range, deep base and very nice crispy and clear highs. The mid tones are nice and neutral giving an overall balanced sound experience. The noise cancelation isn’t too bad, even without music playing, it cuts out a bit of the ambient noise, but still allows you to hear what’s going on. I’m quite impressed overall. Not a bad pair of headphones at all for its price point.

The earbuds came in a well presented package. I used them and thought the sound quality good for the price. However they were promoted as "noise cancelling". I was unable to detect any reduction in outside noise. I needed to change the tips from medium to the large one supplied. The medium tip was tightly fitted and it tore when I removed it. I have tried to fit the large tip many times but the red stem seems to be too small to fit onto the shaft. I emailed the help address supplied but did not receive a reply. I now have an unusable product after using once.

Sound quality fairly good for the price, however both speakers didn't work long enough. I used these as a cheap pair to throw in when watching/ listening in bed, so they did get pulled a bit if i fell asleep with them in which probably explains their short life of the right ear plug, no visible damage, but no sound output. Disappointed they didn't last longer, but not upset because of the price.

Comfy fit in ears, no discomfort at all & blocks out all other noise perfect! With mic I don’t need cumbersome work headphones to take calls. I bought an additional accessory so I can use as standard plug in headphone Jack or convert to plug into my iPhone 12. Very happy with purchase.

Absolutely no low end (bass) audio is output unless you use some sort of equalizer program, even then it's unbearable. While attempting to take off the ear tip to put a smaller one on it tore apart very easily with minimal force. Pretty good at noise cancelling though. Just go an extra $30 and get a pair of apple earpods or something.
