I have had many irons, Rowenta, shark and others, this iron is 100% better than any iron I have used. Great for all materials, no water spills, retractable cord easy to see settings and fabrics. Great iron.

This iron has it all!! It's a pleasure to use. After ordering two competing brand irons and sending them back to Amazon, I finally found a perfect iron. I recommend going with the model with the digital printout in the handle that regulates the temperature control. It makes using this iron so much easier. The steam output is incredible. I had to turn the output dial way back as it was putting out too much steam at first. What a problem to have. Five stars for an excellent product.

Our Rowy iron leaked like a sieve and it got hot but some clo5hes seemed stubborn to iron out wrinckles or sharp creases. Pleats needed to be done several times and I had to push hard for sharp edges. Being a 200 lb man it was still a bit"" to do! This iron with the lave plate is unbelievable! Slides across clothes and the pleates are sharp sharp sharpy sharp! And the steam... Im tellin' you,what happened..II said, "" hey Sheryl watch this"", I pushed steam button/trigger and I was at the ironing board by her closet., the steam shot out all the way to the ceiling fan! So from my chest height (im 5'11") the ceiling fan is 5 feet away. It really hit it! I don't really use steam tho, maybe im missing out, maybe now I will. Next I almost gave it shaken iron syndrome and not one drop of water leaked... Nothing, I tried!

Bought this to replace another iron in my sewing/craft room and I could not be happier with my purchase. I love the fact that it has an auto off function but it understands sewing/crafting and stays on for an extended period. My former iron was shutting down between uses and I was constantly waiting for it to reheat. This is a great iron and I would recommend it highly to anyone for both clothes and sewing or crafts

This thing is great. It beeps when it reaches operating temperature. Only thing that is somewhat negative is the cord retention. It stops about 8 inches short of fully retracting.

Works great. Heats up fast, heavy duty, love the retractable cord.

Love this iron. Replaced Rowenta - just didn’t live up to hype. The Chi is a little heavier than I expected but not to the point it is aggravating.I’ve used Chi hair tools for years - great quality and thought.
