If I was to order some today, what would be the best before date on the boxes supplied?
what is the use by date on the 250g packs please
What are the tea leaves like? are they round pellets like loose PG or more like a leaf tea. Thanks in advance.
Is it the real thing? Typhoo tea is British packed - yet this has foreign (very) print on it.

Plenty of 'oooo'
Typhoo has been a family favourite for decades. It never fails to give us a delicious cup of tea with a good flavour. I don't like strong 'stewed' flavoured teas of other brands, so Typhoo is perfect for me. We use loose Typhoo tea and Typhoo teabags, and the quality is always constant. Plenty of 'ooo' in each cup!

Found a gem
In this part of the world, my ever favourite beverage ingredient has disappeared completely from the market (I don't like tea bags).I don't knw why? Tried different brands and any available as loose tea.. but none gave me that charm i was always wondering with. And my search never stopped. On an occasional search, I found this.. was so excited and had hold of it.I have never tried any different in 40 years until this has disappeared from markets locally.Hope it will be visible and available from time to time! And my beverage passion will remain fulfilled!Taste is second to none, I assure anyone.

Gorgeous
This has to be the best flavoured tea we have ever found , we live in a hard water area and we like our tea quite strong testing. We brought typhoo teabags before as we loved the taste but was concerned after we found that t bags had plastic in them ( as I try to do as much as I can for the planet ) so when we found typhoo leaves we were so pleased as all other t leaves were really weak . We put 3 tsp in a pot and it makes a lovely strong cup of tea now I have found these will only buy these and recommend to any one who wants a decent cup of tea not a cup of dish water

The tea is a good flavour is strong as I was expecting
Look it is good tea with a good flavour, freshly packed but doesn’t quite live up to the extra strong badge . probably need more black leaf tea in the mix to call itself extra strong ..

A great cuppa at a great price.
I was brought up in the mid 60s and we always bought loose tea i couldn't Renner which one we liked best as I got into the 90s i decided to stop during t bags as I never really enjoyed my cupa. I went back to buying loose tea and have enjoyed many from all countries when I seem Typhoo at a great price on Amazon i thought I'd give it a go it came today and I'm loving it I live in my own and have made 4 pots today. Thank you Amazon I'll be sticking to this from now on.

You only get an Oooh, with Typhoo
I recently watched a programme on television about some teabags containing plastic. So this made me think about going to loose tea leaves. My grandparents always used leaves so I thought why not? Plus I love a very strong cup of tea and Typhoo always hits the spot. I couldn't seem to get Typhoo loose leaf in the Supermarkets so looked to Amazon. I ordered a tea strainer and dug out my teapot and am enjoying my first cuppa made...Ooooh! The tea is full of flavour, very nice. I was concerned what the best before date would be, but need not have been, as its July 2023. You only get an oooh with Typhoo 😊.

Not My Cuppa.
I bought these extra strong teabags because I like a strong cup of tea. These teabags have no flavour and don't hit the spot. They are no better than a bog standard supermarket teabag. I will not be buying these teabags again and certainly would not recommend them

exceptional English tea
I got a liking for this tea when I was staying with a British family when I was a teen, and now with Amazon I can now order it online as I can't find it locally, I love it .

2 tea bags sipped for 15 mins couldn't compare to 1 Typhoo Red, Lipton or red Rose...
I ordered a case of this Tea Typhoo Gold and it promised to be a great tea considering I have been using Typhoo Red box tea and it is a richer rounded tea. The Typhoo Gold was not anywhere comparable to taste flavor quality body not even 2 tea bags sipped for 15 mins couldn't compare to 1 Typhoo Red, Lipton or red Rose.I was fooled by its worldly blend and quality descriptions.

Great tea but actually weaker than the normal Typhoo
I've been drinking Typhoo for 20 years. I've always loved the flavour. I like a really strong tea so when it was time to restock I decided to try this "extra strong" tea.I didn't feel like it was that much stronger than the regular Typhoo, so I did the test and made two identical mugs with the same quantity of water and tea bags.Much to my surprise, the regular Typhoo tasted way, WAY stronger.I'm not sure how I feel about that...I'll still drink the rest of the "extra strong" tea but I don't think I'll buy it again since I like a stronger tea.If anyone is looking for a weaker version of the regular tea, well, this is it, I guess!

Strong but not extra strong
Strong but not as strong as other teas I have purchased. Definitely not EXTRA strong.

Surprisingly, great tea, must try
I bought this in Walmart years ago when they carried good products regularly, but of course Walmart discontinues anything that’s decent in order to sell their garbage variety. However, I was so happy to see that Amazon carried it and although definitely more expensive because I was getting the box for, five dollars, so happy to pay just to have it. I was quite surprised at the taste, but I feel if you wanted it at Boulder more robust flavour definitely get the extra strong and you will not be disappointed. This is different than stuff like Tim Hortons or Nighbor or the others, this has a bit of a sweet flowery flavour to it almost like a hint of jasmine inside. It’s just a sensation not the flavor. It is regular black tea that you would buy just other black tea, better than red rose as well. I definitely would try especially this extra strong.
