Lovely item and easy to use

So disappointed. I've always wanted a rotary vice, but could not afford the price tag. I saved up and bought this. Within 3 months, the jaws splayed and it became useless for hooks under size 8. I contacted Kingfisher to see if I could get replacement jaws, but they declined to respond. This vice is terrible. The jaws are soft, the cam lock is weak, the rotary lock-off is weak, the base is not heavy enough.... my advice is either buy a 20-40 quid cheapy and replace every couple of months or invest in a proper (peak or hmh) vice. This is NOT good value at all and the manufacturer foes nor offer any support at all. All I wanted was a way to buy new jaws and no response. Total waste of money
