Voucher expiration
Not happy with this at all, it says the vouchers is valid for a year and when I received mine for my husbands 40th birthday in mid september this year the voucher was to expire on Dec 1st (today)! That's not a year, its not even a full three months. They are also only contactable by webchat and email and I tried webchat and it was always closed. I didn't email. Not happy!
