high quality and strong blend

I recently quit drinking coffee and switched to Matcha to see if it would help my anxiety. It did not disappoint. I have way more focus and mental energy without the crash. I’ve tried multiple brands and there have been pros and cons in all of them. I would buy those brands again, but this one is fantastic. Depending on the day I use 3 or 4 grams. When I use 4 I usually need a little more sweetener and a little more milk. This brand does not need that. It’s very smooth and deep without any bitter undertones. The color is a beautiful deep green. It even whisked better than other brands. Would highly recommend for anyone new to Matcha. I will definitely be coming back for more.

In my third year of sampling different ceremonial matchas I have decided to try this one. This matcha is smooth tasting but slightly more powdery tasting than many I’ve tried. I definitely suggest sifting this matcha to get rid of clumps or spend more time whisking. The froth produced is wimpy to almost nonexistent, no matter how long or fast I whisk with my chasen. The color is acceptable, arriving double sealed in a Mylar bag and in a pop top can, it definitely kept the oxygen out. Impressive. The taste is good but very unremarkable. The sweetness, astringency, vegetal, and bitter flavors were all very subtle. Neither standing out but at least it’s not gritty, just clumpy if not sifted.

I was looking for the perfect matcha brand and wow, this is it. Love the taste, the color and also the great price! Excellent quality.

As a first timer making a homemade matcha drink this is so good!!! I highly recommend it. I love how green it is and it’s not light at all. The size is perfect!! I tried it with strawberry syrup and it’s so good! The taste of it was so good it’s not too bitter and not too sweet but PERFECT! I’m not even exaggerating. It blended so well with the milk. And it was smooth.
