The best I've used
It's the only wax I use for cutting boards. It smells nice and looks great, especially on an end grain board.

This is the stuff
I run a professional knife sharpening business, and I use this to recondition customers' wooden knife handles. It easily takes bone dry wood with the finish worn off back to supple saturation fast and easy. Doesn't stink. Is very thick, but not clumpy. A must for anyone with a nice cutting board or unstabilized wooden knife handles.

Easy to use and water proof
Used this in conjunction with walrus oil on my birch counter tops. Very easy to use and water beads right up.

An excellent food safe wood wax
Love this wax and the Walrus cutting board oil. Really brings out the true beauty of the wood. The label says the wax has a shelf life of 1 year. Not worried, I have waxes that are much older and still useable. Still a better deal than buying the 3 oz jar at half the price. I've included before and after pictures of my Boos cutting board that I sanded, applied the oil and then the wax.
