Very comfortable and gentle on the nose and ears with thin, sturdy adjustable straps. They're really good qualty, quite thick with the instert in and completely block any light. They have good lasting cooling inserts but dont put in the freezer unless u want brain freeze from the outside!!

These are exactly what I was looking for. They’re extremely soft, stays cool for along time, and very adjustable. I’m so happy with my purchase because I have been using ice packs with uncomfortable sharp plastic edges that also did not conform to my eye area. These give very good coverage and conforms nicely. I also love that it came in a two pack so I can switch off.

Well. I wanted to like these. I love my plain Alaska Bear mask. But the cooling part you put in the middle isn't heavy enough to lay on your face. Your nose keeps them sitting just high enough for light to get through. If you move them around you can manage to make them work but not for sleeping unless you don't move at all. They might help with a headache?
