This shower head is great! Very well made, totally solid and looks modern. The switch for changing the power settings is easy to use although I wouldn’t necessarily call the flow overly forceful. It’s powerful but the softness of the water means it feels less so.

The media could not be loaded. Really good pressure! Exactly as shown on the video.I will recommend it.

During the summer there were no problems at all, very happy. When the weather got colder though I realised that the water was only lukewarm for quite a while. I realised that the water had to heat up all the little balls in the handle before it was warm enough. If you like a very quick shower it was very annoying so I've reverted to an ordinary shower head...in and out in a few minutes again.I missed the really nice choice of flow, removed all the little balls, works much better and faster.I'm editing again to say the spray went a bit odd, left some limescale spray on over night and all good. Needs doing regularly I think due to the very fine holes.

We've recently moved in to a property with very poor upstairs water pressure. We fitted this shower head and the change is immense. Fantastic flow for a decent shower with the added bonus of water purification and reduced water usage. Easy to change settings with the button on the head and it's built well. Extra purification balls in the pack and easy to obtain new ones. Excellent value for money. Nice quick delivery to!!

=================Why did I buy this=================I bought this because I have a pretty dry scalp at times which can cause me to itch and in turn cause dandruff. I've tried a lot of shampoos and oils to help prevent that as much as I can but they're only doing so much. I read that the water here where I stay in London is a bit harder which can cause skin to dry quicker. I wanted to try this out to maybe filter out some of the minerals in the water that could be causing my skin to dry up.=================My initial thoughts=================Initial thoughts are that it looked promising. It comes in a good looking box, build quality isn't too shabby and you get an extra pack of the filter material to switch out whenever you see fit. It's quite heavy as well but fairly easy to install. It's just a case of unscrewing your old showerhead off its hose and screwing this one in instead. It has a few settings on the head itself - power setting, which is like a strong, narrow concentrated stream of water, rainfall setting, which is a lot lighter and softer to the skin and finally a mixture of power and rain which I kind of like to call the waterfall setting.=================My thoughts now=================It's been a while now since I bought this showerhead. Long story short, my scalp is still dry and it seems like it hasn't done anything to help. If you'rte hoping it's going to magically filter out your water then I don't think you should pick this up. The only thing I can say is good about this head is the different settings you can get. Our previous showerhead felt like it was hitting this skin a bit hard and when we switched to this one it definitely felt lighter and softer when we showered.=================Conclusion=================Personally, I wouldn't recommend this product if you purely want softer water. It feels like almost a gimmick. If I were you I'd try an actual more expensive filter that you know will work and leave this rock filter malarky behind. It's not worth it. I definitely won't be buying another one, I think I'll try and look for a better shampoo or oil instead.

Very satisfied with my shower. I haven’t had any leakage issues, and I’m not sure if the people who left negative comments installed it properly. The water definitely feels like it has more pressure, making the shower much more enjoyable.

Easy to fit and much better quality than expected

It breaks after one year, just as the warranty period expires. I have bought this twice, this time the pressure exploded the head a few days before the warranty was over. Seller did not respond to my request and photos, completely oblivious to my claim. Amazon itself refunded me (luckily.) This seller has no after-sales support, I would recommend to buy elsewhere.
