For $25, its great! Its very durable! Its durable because of the metal frames and the frames goes all around the edges of the bottom top bench. They are things I thought could be better. Fabric color is a kind of depresing toned down gray color. The left and right metal rack net's horizontal lines doesn't match (if I flip it to match the lines, one side will be bit lifted up), once you connect the two racks, the middle will not line flat strait, the original box and the replacement both were missing 2 of the "C" parts. It will fit 4 big kids elementary age size shoes seen on the top rack on the photo but will fit only 3 adult size shoes seen on the bottom of the rack on the photo (I knew it from the ledge) I got this to put kids shoes.

Part way through assembling the bench, as I was tightening the one set of legs, they weren't tightening, I noticed one side, the legs were leaning and very wobbly. Then I noticed, the whole socket was coming out, from both sides! So, I now have to unassemble what I've done, try and get it back into the small package and return it!I guess it was too good to be true, for the price, I should have known it was poor quality!

Its nice ordered 2 one was missing two connector bars from box i still made it work.

The item came quickly, but there are missing parts, making it impossible to assemble the shoe bench.

We had been using a plastic tube and fabric shoe rack in the front hallway. We ordered this as a more permanent option. The metal racks are stronger and should last longer than the "fabric" of our old shoe rack.It was a bit "challenging" to assemble. The pieces didn't line up perfectly in a way that made it clear we were doing it right. After switching things up and down a few times we finally started screwing the shelves to the sides and when it was done, I realized one of the shelves was wrong side up and left it that way. Also, during this process one of the wire "threads" of the rack came loose from the frame. It's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, just annoying.It's a little to low to the ground for me to use as a stool to put on my shoes, but I imagine it's a great height for children.The one thing I do miss from the old shoe rack is the ability to slide shoes under the rack.
