This phone is way too sensitive to the slightest thing I had a ulefone14 that I did kind of like because it was rugged and the work I do it's a good thing to have but it failed on me after a little over 2 years it would turn on show the name on the screen but wouldn't do anything else so I decided to get another one The one I have now and I hate this thing I absolutely hate it and on top of that when I sent them a message telling them I wanted to get a refund because of how much I hated this phone I could not even get a response from them I would not recommend this product to anybody
