Great turmeric paste

False nutritional info! Label as shown in Amazon pics shows “0 Calories” and “0 Fat.” Meanwhile the ingredients show “79% coconut oil.” Hmmmmmm...

This is such a beautiful turmeric product, whole root, preserved in virgin coconut oil. While powder is conveniently easy to find and perfectly fine, the whole root is a more interesting culinary product which brings more complex flavoring. The contrast between whole root and powdered is the same as experienced with ginger root.

I have not bought this yet but I can only give it one star at this point.... big concerns... they are stating that it is Organic and non-GMO but the packaging does not contain any of the certifications... USDA organic and or Non-GMO certificate.... this seems to be false advertising... I will not purchase until they can give me the straight story on these issues... I hope I get a proper response and then I'll update my review...
