TMJ Face and Neck Massage
I use the softest spike ball, which is the orange one to massage my face, neck, forehead, shoulders and upper chest area. I have TMJ, and the massage therapist recommended using the spike balls for massage and tension relief. Works great and feels so good. I didn't need all three balls as I like to use only the softest one, but the prices was great so I ordered this set. Highly recommend if you are looking for massage balls.

Get rid of your lacrosse ball

just use for fingers that curl up everyone in awhile and have to pull them apart. If I use often it does prohibit it from happening
