Good kit but template is useless as it is far to small.

Very pleased with this. Old age and various over vigorous window cleaners meant some of our external leading was hanging off. We were having the outside of the house painted and our decorator replaced the broken pieces with no problem at all. Initially they look very bright and shiny but within a month the sheen has died down and blends in with older leading

It's very low quality and doesn't stick to the glass would not even stick for 1 second

I'm happy with this, it is good quality and looks good. Careful preparation is important, but following the instructions it is straightforward. Initially it was very shiny but quickly weathered down to an attractive and authentic colour. Long strips of the lead are a bit fiddly to hold straight if you are sticking it to a vertical (i.e. already fitted) pane of glass, but this is a characteristic of the lead strip rather than a criticism of the product. I used it on my summer house and am well pleased with the result

The product is very good, but be sure to clean the glass thorughly, i used metal polish to remove the old glue residue, then white spirit. The lead strip has to be unrolled carefully so it does not kink, the tool provided is very good for firmly pressing the strip down on to the glass. The end result is fantastic.

I needed to replace some missing lead and this did the job well. Unfortunately I just needed half a metre but had to buy a complete roll. I just don’t like waste but had no alternative.

Had three strips of lead come loose over the years and always intended to sort it out, the instructions are brilliant and I very quickly sorted out the replacement strips, should have done it years ago
