Good book
My stepson used this book for his reading fair project. Unfortunately, he lost the original book, so we had to think fast and order from Amazon. He said he I liked the plot twist.

Good book, but arrived with a damaged cover
Great story, but the book did arrive damaged. There was a big crease in the front cover, and several scratches on it as well. It was a gift I needed that day, so I didn’t return it. I just did my best to flatten the cover again....luckily it was for s 9 year old who wouldn’t care!

Moderately entertaining
This mystery was okay, pretty straight forward with not much of a twist. The author featured a handicapped child in this one, which was great. My kids were a little stressed over the baby cubs being separated from their mama, but it was okay.

Great for my 8 year old niece
I purchased these for my 8 year old niece for her birthday (per her request). They are great for a child that loves to read and wants something a little more challenging/mysterious. She was very happy with these books. They seem to be great quality too. I highly recommend if you have a young reader in your home!

My 9-year-old and 7-year-old love these books!
I included this book in my son's Easter basket this year; he read the entire book the night he received it! He loves this series!

great read
My son loves these books. Great read for him. He's 8. It holds his attention. He reads it from cover to cover at one time. As a parent it's great to have a child that loves to read. I would recommend this book.

Great early reader
Has encouraged my 6 year old to read on his own. The story is very engaging which makes it hard to put down. Seems to be at just the right level for a K-2 reader, although even older kids would likely enjoy it for the story.
