Pewter Good Luck Charm with Pouch and 2 Attachments and Story Card (Police)

Very nice little bell. Seems to be solid pewter. Came with a sturdy split ring and nylon tie for attachment.Must be working. No gremlins as of yet.I must have driven hundreds insane from the looks of Spokanes streets !
