Unable to put band on

The band itself is very nice.The mini keys it comes with to unscrew the pieces work well to put the first strap of the band on. When trying to remove the second strap the keys kept slipping and would not hold onto the screw pieces while turning. So now I have one strap new and one old. Because I can’t even get the new one on to replace with the old one..
