I’ve been using Dr. Teal’s body wash in both Spearmint and Lavender with Melatonin, and I genuinely love them both for different reasons.The Spearmint variant is refreshing and invigorating — perfect for a morning shower to start the day feeling energized. On the other hand, the Lavender with Melatonin is ideal for winding down at night. The calming lavender scent and added melatonin really help me relax, and I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my sleep quality since using it regularly.The aroma is soothing, the lather is rich, and it leaves my skin feeling clean and soft without any dryness. I bought these as a bundle to add into my baths and I must say I love it, however I started using the stress relief vitamin C one just for showering too. I have noticed such an improvement in my skin since using it. The other one I mainly use for nighttime because it does make me super sleepy and calm. The fact it works so well is really nice for when I really need to relax or I’m having trouble sleeping. They are big bottles with a pump which I also love because having a pump makes everything easier.

I love the scent of this Dr Teal’s body wash! It lathers up really well and is gentle enough for all of our sensitive skin. The price is great, and the quality of the product is even better. We absolutely love Dr Teal’s!

In general I think that Dr. Teal's is a great option when factoring in quality of the product and price. I had read great comments about the aroma of the Eucalyptus & Spearmint, but I was hoping it was stronger smelling than it is. In my opinion, the Vitamin C & Citrus is more spa-like than the Eucalyptus one. It still smells good, but I'll likely try a different Dr. Teal's next time.

I randomly got this as a gift and absolutely love the aroma. I do exercise outside and swim, so it definitely moisturizes my body afterwards. I really love how the natural ingredients helped my skin feel better.
