Too heavy in style for my taste. Have ordered a lighter weight piece. But it's looks great and has a high degree of quality workmanship. I reco.mend it if one likes that style of jewelery.

This company is absolutely excellent. Ordered a 6mm gold rope chain in 2018 and 6 months later it still had its shine. An occasional soak in warm water and mild dish soap will keep it sparkling like new. One night at a concert I let it get caught walking through a crowd and broke the chain. I figured since it was my fault, I probably voided the warranty. Well almost a year later I sent it in and had a replacement in two weeks. No questions asked. Since then I’ve had another problem resolved with no hassle. My customer service rep was named Jon. Great company and top notch service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great looking piece for an affordable price and peace of mind.

When shopping on Amazon for a gold filled chain there are so many companies, styles and lengths that when I finalized my decision, I failed to change the last iteration of my order and ordered the wrong length. Return was simple, easy and the correct chain was sent without delay. I think the quality deserves five stars, but I am not as enamored because the chain I got was "diamond cut". That for me makes the necklace look a little sleazy and cheaper than its actual quality. For me the diamond cut feature did not show up as obvious in the pictures, but does in actuality. Summary: take extra care when ordering.

The real importance of the item is it's great looking very appealing. And it is what the seller said it was. It's just a great piece of jewelry, and I want to thank you.

I Loved the size and price of the product. Even though the products faded after about 2 months the company made it right with a speedy replacement.

The customer service was very professional and helpful ,they responded quickly to my every email. Warrantied two of my rope chains and in about two weeks (me sending and them shipping back to me) I have my jewelry replacement. I was a little nervous at first but was in touch with them the whole time. Very happy with this long gold-plated rope chain. Really dresses up my outfits. The gold plated chain is really nice and shiny. Also like the thickness of it. Used a 2" gold coloured extender chain to make the chain two inches longer. Happy I bought it, because the long gold-coloured necklace I had before had turned brassy over time. This one should stay golden.

Looks good. I ordered 26" length because I have nerve damage in my hands and because of this I new I would not be able to use the clip to fasten the chain. The longer length allows me to keep the chain fastened and slip the chain over my head. I also very much like the rope look of this chain.
