I have had about 20 of these in my house and they are always going wrong. Even though you turn them off, the radiator stays on. Waste of money I'm replacing them all now.

Do not know if it was a faulty valve or faulty plumber but the radiator got hot even though the valve was turned off. Plumber is replacing it.
