I didn’t realize the protective film was on there so snug, I didn’t even know it had one! After looking at the description and removing it, now it works like a charm!!!

We did not receive the tray nor the magnets. Also when using dry erase markers does not wipe off using eraser...with lots of scrubbing with paper towel and water iit wipes off, but you can still see faded writing.

For some reason only certain dry erase markers will erase well from my board. Very unhappy with this even though it seems well constructed and easy to install. Pay more for a brand with more reviews...

The board came with a warp in it and the expo marker doesn't erase clearly.
