Understanding Millennials: A guide to working with todays generation (Brooks Books)

This book was not worth $7.95. Had I known it was a small read, I would not have ordered it. Did not have much advice at all.

This is more like a pamphlet. It really only contains the basics which you can find on any website. Not worth the money.

The book is short overview on millennials.

Not a terrible read but, I was hoping there would be better coping strategies to get different generations to work together. Instead, I feel the writer just wants us to continue enabling these millennials. Just my opinion.

The book is like an executive summary of the writer's experience with millenials. Very useful, with tips&tools on how to get along. Although I feel that it's purely observational, the approach does makes sense.

Mine is now full of highlights and folded pages for me to go back to! Has really helped me in managing my millennial staff! They appreciate it as much as I do!

Sticks to his subject and shows real evidence of research as well as experience. It could have more information but it is more than adequate for a busy manager. Perhaps there could be more statistical info to give better reasons for Gen-Y behavior.

Love your book on Millennials, now being more patient with this generation, also more understanding on their behaviour and their actions
