The washers that came with this product are too small . So couldn't I stall properly. I am very disappointed. Recommend not a good buy

The simplest form of bidet. I’ve been using this for a couple of months now and no longer understand cleaning with paper. So much better. There is a period of acclimation with this product. Some trial and error to find what works best for you, but that would be about switching to a bidet after a life time of paper.

Makes cleaning easy & quick either cleaning the bowl or your own personal hygiene. I also used it to spray water to remove cleaner products inside the tub. I hope this product will last long.

Great replacement head versus having to buy the whole kit. This also provides more GPM (gallons per minute), so if you were not happy with the amount of pressure you were receiving before, this is definitely a step up..Note: may not perfectly fit on your bidet holder on the toilet

Easy to install. 3 levels of water, to toilet only, to bidet, to both. When accidentally leaving on both there was water leakage. Be sure to turn it to toilet only when finished using. Spray can be a bit strong if head handle is pushed all the way.

I was in panic because I thought it should be connected to the angle valve from wall.Connect this prodect to the tank directly. I wish it has installation manual.The quality is great. Shower head is not cheal plastic but heavy stainless steel and durable.Good deal. Turn 90degree then water goes to the shower head. In this picture, water supplies toilet tank. 180degree turns make all shuts off.

Leaked. Bathroom floor flooded. Need I say more. Refund process was no-hassle. We bought 2 and got refunded for 1 and did not need to return either. Bought "CleanSpa" brand from Home Depot $75. Totally worth it. It was better quality hardware and sleeker modern look, love it.
