Great quality
I was surprised how solid these units are. I used one to cover a hole in my boat, where a small receiver was located. It looks good. Only time will tell if it holds up, but so far so good.

This is a heavy metal product with a quality chrome finish. Most of what you find is chrome plated plastic, this is nothing like that..

works ok, but 1 and half inch hole too big for the included gasket.
I bought this for a one and half inch hole. The metal part covers the hole, but the rubber gasket (o ring?) is too small and keeps falling through the hole. Tried to get it to stay in place multiple times. Husband tried. Son tried. It keeps falling through the hole. So... waterproofing part is not happening here. I guess it's better than a gaping hole where a lot of water can go through at once.Also, to be clear. This is SHINY chrome. Looks odd with my brushed sink finish, but not a deal breaker. These do not have a low profile.
