This highly pigmented cream blush is very easy to blend. A small amount is all you need. It’s easy to apply too much do be careful. The color is rich and the texture is very light on the skin. To get the best coverage and blend, lightly dot it on the skin and blend with a sponge of brush. It doesn’t look as good if you use your fingers for blending.

I first bought this blush straight from Shein and then reordered through Amazon to get it more quickly. It applies easily, is easy to blend (I use a beauty sponge) and is a beautiful color. On me, Love Cake is that the perfect neutral pink thats not too warm and not too cool. I can wear it with almost any makeup look and it works.

I do not wear a lot of makeup because I don't like the way it feels on my skin. This product is something that I can wear. I was a little skeptical about how it goes on. I am old school and used to the powder blush method. So, giving it a try, I put it on one cheek. It blended so easily to a natural look. I wore it around all day. In the evening when I went to wash it off, I looked closely at it. There were no smudges, none of the blush had come off. I smoothed my finger across my cheekbone and it felt soft and dry. I smiled and the skin moved with me, it wasn't stiff. There was no blush gathered in my wrinkles and that is a win! This blush is really nice.

It’s a little hard to tell on camera but the color is so nice on my skin color and it’s super buildable. The top swatch is one pass and the bottom is two layers. It feathers really well too. There’s a bit of shimmer so if that bothers you, keep that in mind. I really only noticed the shimmer when I put my face up to light. I want to try the orange tone next to see how it looks. Love that there are darker blush options as well. A little goes a long way and this is a large bottle of blush compared to the Rare beauty I usually get. The applicator is a little odd and unfortunately soaks up a lot of product but I only use it to put the color on my skin then buff in with a brush.

I love the color it’s so cute ! Just cautious you don’t put on so much at first because it’s hard to blend or cover if you do ! I start with a little and slowly build the color is everything !
