It works great! I am in a beginner printmaking class so it has done the job!

When just starting in lino carving I was trying to find affordable supplies. The price of this ink was very reasonable and it's a lot of ink! Just takes a little bit to do a series of prints. It's oil base so dry time is slower than water base. In the learning curve that is a plus because the ink doesn't dry up on the lino block while you're printing.I use it for mono (one color) prints. On some pieces, I come back with watercolor paints to add highlights. Take some time to clean up the inside of the lid and the lip around the canister to make use less messy. Good ink at a good value.

Absolutely love this stuff!! Amazon needs to work on packaging it for shipping because two of the 4 so far have shown up dented and leaking BUT the product is great. The foreground of my photo is a proof pressing of the phlanto blue vs the a water based speedball ink used to do the orginal proof. My next two pieces are multi color so I'll really get to finally focus on the absorption/"dry" time officially finally but overall it should not be an issue if you are not pressed for time. I'm assuming itll be a few day process based on how long single colors have taken me so far. Beautiful pigment, very opaque, thick to spread but no mineral spirits needed and that was huuuuuge. I'm basically buying a color a week at this point, they're that good.

The product was delivered as described and as promised. Its a great product that helps me achieve the best results in my printmaking.

Lovely ink. It’s so nice to have an ink with a longer work time that still cleans up with water and soap.

Really disappointed after spending almost $40 on this paint and there were also delays. The cans seal wasn’t on and looked like it had been opened. The seal was under the cap of the container and was covered in paint. The film inside was also opened and not intact. Sooooo much ink was wasted and it caused a huge mess on the can and the inside of the packaging. I had to spend 20 mins cleaning up oil paint off of my hands and the container the paint came in. The paint on the lid was dried out and since it came opened the top of the ink formed a rubbery film.(you can see it in the pictures). I can’t use this ink at all. What a wast of time and money.

Great high quality ink. Is super black and the ink is nice and creamy. A great value for the price!

The ink itself is great, but like other reviewers stated mine came dented and a dried layer of film on top. 4 days into drying and it was still not dry, even in a very dry climate. My dog, who was curious tested the prints out while I was at work, and we found smudges and prints everywhere. Thankfully, it does clean up easily with soap and water.
