This Med Alert device is wonderful! Everyone I show it too wants to get one for themselves or a loved one. A quick scan of the QR code provides a first responder with valuable info. The user can decide what info to have available such as, Emergency Contact, Name & Address, Medical conditions and so much more. The only recommendation I would offer to the manufacturer is to make the band a bit longer. I don't have particularly large wrists and have to use the maximum length available. I have the watchband type, maybe the clasp type is longer? I Highly recommend this affordable medical ID.

This QR Code Medical alert bracelet is a game changer! I recently had a medical emergency and had to depend on my family to give my medical history to the EMT's. My history at the time only required a brief description of meds I was taking and medical conditions, it was a simple task. However, due to the situation of this emergency, my meds have increased from 1 to several as well as a new life threatening condition has been added. Going forward, medical personnel can simply scan the QR code on this bracelet and have my complete medical history in front of them. The set up was simple and instructions were easy to follow. I was able to add my entire medical history, current medication regimen as well as emergency contacts in just minutes. I highly recommend this bracelet! It is also comfortable to wear and a very stylish design. If I had a complaint at all, it would be that the QR Code can be a little difficult to scan for the black on gold design. I would recommend a lighter color background with a black QR Code for ease in scanning. This one is absolutely scannable, but getting my cell phone camera to focus and scan was a little tricky. Other than that, it's a great value and functionality! I've only had it a couple of weeks, but the quality of the material looks to be very durable. It's also easily adjustable for comfort when wearing.

It's a great idea, but highly not recommended. When you can get the QR code to scan your information is there but out of 10 times trying I got it to scan 1 time. 2 friends couldn't get it to scan at all for them. The pin came out of the clasp and the band broke. I have had it for only 4 days. Complete garbage!! I actually give it less then a 1 rating.

Very sturdy, very easy to use. My husband has Alzheimer’s. I love him very much and want to keep him safe. As a retired Acute Care Nurse Practitioner I found this to be an excellent tool. The way data appears is logical and easily accessible. I purchased this so that when he goes anywhere with friends, if there is an emergency, all his medical information is readily accessible to emergency services. Or if he were to get disoriented and got lost, this can be used to contact me. The format in which information is entered is thorough. The bracelet is well made and water proof, which is important as we swim a lot. Plus if he had to take it off before his shower every day, it would get lost. I highly recommend this bracelet.

Clasp is good, little band that holds the strap moves too much. Pretty durable. Fairly readable and easy to use.

Fantastic product!! I bought this for my husband after having heart surgery and I am very pleased to find a product that you can list so much information on to give paramedics precise information regarding your medical history. What’s great about it is that medications sometimes are changed and this bracelet lets you easily go in and edit the info or add new ones. All anyone has to do is point their phone camera at the QR code and up comes all information, including an option to insert a photo. My only disappointment is that you can’t speak directly to an agent for any help, you have to email them. I will say even though it’s an inconvenience they get back to you and are very helpful. Thank you for making a product where so much information can be stored those metal ones you are limited to and once engraved you can’t edit the information so it’s useless.

Ihad owned the exact style of silicone bracelet, with the butterfly clasp, prior to this one. BUT ... it was from a different vendor, and it was the type that you had 5 lines of info engraved on the front. That was fine and suited my purpose. And then I found this LuckyTag brand, and realized I could put more precise info, and could change that info, without having it re-engraved. Figured I'd try it out. Everything worked out well, as far as me setting up the account, and entering my med info. And yes, it scans just fine. Yeh, sometimes you need to change the angle of the band plate, just a tad. But it DOES work, contrary to the folks complaining that it doesn't. The clasp and locking of the band are solid, and work as they should. I liked it well enough, so I decided to get another one of their bracelets (different style), and asked them IF they could tie both bracelets to the SAME account. Seller was great about answering my questions, and is working it out for me. It was just a matter of me sending him a pic of my original QR code, which he'd match to my new bracelet purchase. A good quality item, based on a good concept. The only minor concern I had/have, is IF these folks will be around 1, or 5, or 10 yrs from now, since my info would ONLY be accessed (during a medical 'issue'), from their online site? Time will tell, and I will check their site from time time. But that small issue, wouldn't stop me from buying from them. The Seller really cares about helping his customers.

Love this. Exactly what I need. Quick and simple. Easy to set up as well Ok product update.. after the first day of use the qr code can’t be read. I tried everyones phone in the household to scan it, it wont scan.. loved it at first. Now I dont know how I feel

Los espacios para escribir datos son suficientes aunque me parece que debería ser un poco mayor. Agradecería que marcaran espacios para indicar específicamente órganos que se desea donar, deseos de recepción de sangre, de no reanimación si se deseara, derechohabiencia o contacto del médico de cabecera, etc... Yo escribí lo extra que consideré importante en un espacio general al final. Ojo. La página no tiene opción en español, pero puedes escribir sin problemas. A veces algunas palabras se corrigen erróneamente. Por ejemplo, escribí "complicación neuropática" y me alteraba la palabra "complicación" por otra similar pero de significado distinto. Tuve que cambiar la redacción para que se conservara el texto exacto. Relación Costo-calidad-beneficio-utilidad, es excelente. Contenta con lo obtenido.

Best thing I've ever done for myself! I recently had heart surgery and now have an implant. A card was provided to me by the surgeon for me to carry at all times but what happens in case of emergency or I cannot speak for myself?! Not to mention I am terrible with my wallet (not bringing it everywhere) I was hoping this would be the answer and it is! The set up was ULTRA EASY, you can add as much information as you like! Emergency contacts with a direct link to call them once scanned. You can send the owners location to the emergency contact if needed. Up to 4 emergency contacts. A place for surgeries youve had, medications you take, family doctor info, specialist info if needed, if you have any implants like I I do, place for health insurance info if you have any, you can submit a picture of yourself so you can clearly see it's you, and much much more!! I think every senior should have this!!! It's beneficial for the prescriptions alone, let alone anything else that is crucial to know. I seen a couple reviews where the scan didn't work so well but my whole family was able to scan from their phones without issue!! So easy to set up and use! A must have!!!
