I ordered two machines in case I did not like one of the machines. I did not end up spending a lot of dollars for this one, but it gave me some quick results in some areas but need time for the other areas. I could not understand the directions for some of the machines were difficult for me. I was surprised there are a lot of things a person may not like such as the way the rollers feel on your back & if you can sit or lay down comfortably with your machine. I also wanted to use it other places such as car, some machines were not able to connect in the car. You will see when you go shopping for these, I was lucky I got this one after also reading many reviews. I had it down to the two machines.

I have had this massager two days and used it both days for 15 minutes. Day 1, the intensity at the lowest level was still pretty harsh but the next day the same intensity level felt very good, so I take that as a good sign that some positive progress is already being made. I would love for the heat setting to get a little hotter but I'll bet the low heat is intentional to prevent burns. I use the unit for my upper back, shoulders and neck. Because the unit doesn't cover your entire back you need to adjust it's placement where you want it, but I lean it up against the back of a chair and it seems to stay in place without sliding down. For the price I am happy with the massager.

Such a great and portable massager. Neck and shoulders have been so sore lately and this has helped relieve pain and provide the perfect amount of pressure. Love that I can take it with me in the car on road trips that always leave me with a sore back.

I received this massager as a gift in late 2023. I did enjoy the deep massage and heat it provided. However over time the cover developed several tears over the rollers. I have no doubt that my extensive usage contributed to these tears. The manual shows that the product has a 1 year warranty. I ATTEMPTED to contact the company to explore options thinking that I would purchase a replacement cover myself. I had no luck contacting Zebra Tech Group through the Amazon site. I contacted Amazon customer service and was told me that there was nothing Amazon could do to help me since the return window had closed. The Amazon tech provided me contact info for Zebra which I had already tried. The tech put me on hold and tried himself with no luck. In conclusion I received a full refund from Amazon for my purchase. I also had the cover wear through (do you notice a trend here). Again I have no doubt in my mind my usage contributed mightily to the wearing. I conacted Zyllion and told them of my problem and also told them the warranty had no doubt expired because I bought the massager nearly 2 years prior. The representative said that they would replace the cover at no charge. I pointed out that the warranty had expired and he said no matter they stood firmly behind their products. I'm going to the Zyllion site to purchase a new massager

The media could not be loaded. This is my first time trying a massage machine like this. OMG. It's so comfortable to hang around your waist. Every time I have my period, I have excruciating pain in my lower back. So I bought it. It can adjust intensity, size, mode and direction. Even used it on my cervical spine. wonderful. The power cord was still very long and I was sitting at my computer desk. This feeling is so wonderful. very comfortable. Respected.
