Q: Will this work with magnetic wand type vehicle sensors?

I'm not sure of the device that you are referring to but most inground "probe" type magnetic field sensors have an activation output ie. NO. or NC. This is used to connect to some type of device ie. alarm or gate opener.

Q: Can this be used with a wireless wand on the opposite side of the gate?

Does the wireless wand have it's own receiver?

Q: Is the relay output momentary? Like pressing a button and releasing it to open a gate?

You can dip switch select a momentary pulse of about 1-2 sec or presence output that stays activated as long as the unit id detecting.
