At first it was perfect. We received it May 25th 2023. Installed it mid June and by mid July the tank wouldn’t hold water, allowing odors to come in, the foot pedal keeps getting stuck down and half the time when you flush it, no water comes out. Plus it stains horribly even if you clean it every day. And of course I opted out of the protection plan. Guess it’s time for a dometic. Waste of money.

Its so vary nice. Easy to install..like the side peddle flush..works well..

This toilet was horrible from the beging. I should have returned right away. The seal to hold water and odors in never worked constantly. After several months of use the foot pedal started leaking as well.. so after 6 months I contacted the company. There answer was it is out of warranty, I told them repeatedly was there a way I can fix this item. There response was they haven't had that complaint as yet. What a waste of time and money !!!

This company reached out to us after posting the comment below, having used the toliet we purchased for a year. The toliet we had was not properly aligned in the flushing mechanism and couldn't be adjusted. After seeing the problems we were having, we were sent a brand new toilet. The new toilet works like it's supposed to. We can properly fill the bowl and flush! Hooray! So now I would recommend this toliet. It still has a lot of difficult areas to clean due to supporting molding of the lid. At this time I can't speak to the prior yellowing factor we experienced. Hopefully this toliet will be more resistant to stains, but having just received it, that will take time to develop if it is still an issue going forward. However this is a tremendous improvement over the previously ordered toilet. Prior post: The valve does not hold water in the bowl. We have to hold down the foot pedal and hopefully the water will push the contents into the holding tank. Easily causes the holding tank to back up. We have to hold the pedal down and count to make sure enough water get into the tank since the bowl won't fill. Also the design is a nightmare to clean. Lots of little molded squares under the lid to give rigidity but impossible to keep sanitary. Plastic very given to staining and yellowing.

This is a wonderful toilet to use in any environment. We use ours in our tiny house, works and flushes very well ! Good value !

Terrible. The valve in the toilet bowel doesn’t seal to water doesn’t stay in the bowl.

I really shouldn't give this a 1 Star as there was so many things my family and I enjoyed about this toilet. But it didn't do the one thing that it was designed to do, and that was, hold water in the bowl. What we liked: 1. The toilet height. My family is all (except for me) 6' and above. The high toilet made it very comfortable to sit. 2. The flush was great. Probably the best I ever seen. It totally flushed everything down. 3. Quite toilet seat put down was nice. 4. Ordered White. Nice color. 5. Easy Installation. What was annoying (but can live with): 1. There was no "notch" on the side to lift the Toilet Seat. (There may be on on the front but I come into my bathroom from the side). 2. Because it's plastic, where the toilet seat sits on the rim of the bowl, the toilet seat made marks that were hard to clean off. Why I rated this Toilet 1 Star: 1. The bowl would not hold water. The reason I replaced my old RV Toilet was due to the seal wearing out and the water would leak out, therefore the bathroom would stink with toilet gas. I bought this one and put it in two days before going on a 7 day camping trip (not the toilet's fault for not testing it first). Right from the first use the toilet would not hold the water. I initially thought it was human error, but when it was happening all the time I began to pay more attention to it. It didn't matter how much water you put in the bowl, it would leak out. We tried pressing the pedal lightly, etc., but if you were quite, you could hear the water dripping into the Black Tank. Little to say, I was quit annoyed with the issue. Credit where credit is due: 1. 5 Star to Amazon. I called Amazon on the second day of my camping trip, as I still had 2 days till my Refund Policy was expired. They said I had to send the Toilet by July 1. I explained that I was out camping and wouldn't be home till July 4. The Customer Service Agent made a note in my file and told me they would approve my Refund when I returned home. Update: When I returned home on July 4, I called Amazon (as I was told to do), and the Customer Service Agent emailed me a new Return Slip with no issues asked. Dropping it off at Purolator tomorrow. Thanks Amazon! What I Recommend: 1. When you get something, don't wait till you need it to try it out as the Refund period may expire. Install it and see if it is to your satisfaction as soon as possible. If it's not, you'll have no issue with Amazon Refunding it.

Cannot find the proper sized water level new adapter for the back of the toilet. Even the water line that was sent with the toilet doesn't thread on correctly.
