Knowing the ending from the previous book, I was really looking forward to see how it pans out. The author has done an amazing job revealing both Kaylee and Alex's past.The setting for these revelations is ideal. Together they have time to properly talk their problems out, with just themselves to care for. This way we are able to follow the women's histories, without being caught up in current trivialities. Their stories are again extremely credible and realistic. This also helps fill out the details of their lives. The story of Ryan is now explained. Kaylee's insecurities start to make sense. Alex's previous actions begin to explain why she is the person she is and why her reaction to unknown feelings was extreme.The storyline goes at a steady pace and you feel completely drawn in to the scenarios. I found myself thinking 'oh please let them sort this out and move forward'. Whilst I understand this is truly fiction, I know that I can relate to these characters as well as knowing other people who have been through similar situations. To me. that is the mark of a great piece of writing.I particularly like the extra short story as part of the book. It's again the story of Alex and Kaylee's relationship but relating to a special trip or event. I love that Alex seems to manage, yet again, to help Kaylee participate in another new experience which further cements their love and trust.I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one and am looking towards the next in the series.

I enjoyed this book, this one gives you the back stories of Alex and Kaylee, which explains a lot about why these characters are the way they are. I am enjoying how this story & the characters are developing.This story could have Triggers for some readers... *SPOILER* discussions/scenes of Rape, death & suicide/attempted suicide.

I was sceptical to start with this series however I decided to give it a try. There is alot of sexual content in all of this book series however there is excellent story lines all with very plausible scenarios. I thought the storylines where handled very carefully and there was closure on all the situations that risen. Excellent book series and I would recommend.

Alex and Kaylees adventure continues... I really liked the background for both girls, it was lovely to read about there journeys and that it's not so easy. Makes me feel better about mine to...It starts with Kaylee and how she came out and then the story of how Ryan came about. Then Alex's backstory which is just as sad. Another griping episode of branding her.

I was a bit cautious when I started to read this one, I've been an avid follower of this series since it was first published and after the events of the last book I was worried it would go downhill as often longer series do. To my surprise the author eased us back in, giving us a very good introduction back into their situation.In book 7: Kaylee (my favourite of the two), I loved the idea of Alex and Kaylee getting to know each other more, delving deeper and learning more about each other instead of instantly giving up as soon as they hit their first major problem. It wasn't only nice for us readers, but it was a really good way for them to work on things. It felt natural and not forced.I'm glad we got to learn about Ryan too, as he's integrated into the story so well. I love Ryan's character, he's cute, playful and funny adn can be a right little monster, he's such a loveable little boy. He has never felt like a mere plot device but I often wondered how it happened! So it was great to hear how the single-mom Kaylee situation came about.

This book lacks grammar ,the story line is disjointed ,it did however make myself and my wife laugh until we could laugh no more .Who writes this stuff ? I would recommend avoiding this book ,although if your looking to laugh a lot a must buy .
