I bought a lifted Wrangler and was excited to have a new drop hitch to take my boat to the lake this weekend. The hitch showed up and didn't fit in the receiver. I tried to put it on my truck (thinking the Jeep was the problem) and had the same issue. After browsing the Amazon reviews, I found several others have had the same problem. I called Rhino USA and was told I could ship it back (on my dime) and they would measure it to determine if I was eligible for a refund. I told them I could send pictures instead but they wanted me to ship it back. This is a very frustrating experience, I shouldn't have to do the legwork or spend more money to make this right. When I mentioned the other reviews on Amazon, they 'assured me' that they hadn't heard of anyone reporting this problem before I did. What happened to good customer service? I will not buy another product from this company.

Love the look and the ease of adjustability.

In the past month I had purchased four different adjustable hitches ranging from $35 to $250. Dollar for dollar, the Rhino USA adjustable trailer hitch remained at the top of the list. Due to the nature of the hitch being made out of heavy duty, thick aluminum stock, the edges are minimally radiused which did make it difficult to insert into the receiver. Just a couple of taps with a rubber mallet and it eventually made it through. This didn't bother me at all (like it did with the person who gave it a 1-star rating), as I prefer a nice tight fit at this connection point.Also, even though this hitch is made out of aluminum, this hitch has some good weight to it, as if it were steel. The locking hitch pins are pretty heavy duty as well and even though each lock has two sets of keys, both locks are keyed the same so you can use any of the four supplied keys for any of the two locks.Another thing I wanted to point out is the packaging, as the hitch components were nicely organized, sealed and protected with heavy duty foam inserts to help mitigate any potential damage upon shipment. I normally don't review any of the products that I purchase on Amazon, but I was so happy with this purchase that I couldn't help but do so.

For amount of weight this hitch can tow, very light and easy to adjust the height.

The key holes have a protective cover that slides over the key hole. Heavy, good quality hitch.
