Our coconut bowl is hand-crafted from natural coconut husk in Vietnam. Each coconut husk is different so you will not get any coconut bowl the same as any others. Even the color of the coconut wood outside of each bowl may bear different color, light brown or dark brown. That is the interesting of handmade items from totally natural material. This bowl is inlaid inside with mother of pearl on white lacquer. Mother of pearl pieces are not dye, maintain their own white original color, bringing the impression of purity, simplicity but delicacy. Because these coconut bowl are made from real coconut, they are not perfectly round like other machine-made bowls, but they maintains the original shape of natural coconuts. This bowl can also serve as a plant pot or succulent pot, small enough for your working table, window edge or small room space. Dimensions: (approximately) Width: 5 inches / 13 cm Height: 2.5 inches / 6 cm Bowl edge's thickness: 1 - 2 mm This bowl can be used to hold some dry food such as candies, popcorn, but mostly for decoration purpose. Don't use this bowl to hold hot liquid. Avoid heat sources such as stove top, microwave, or oven. Hand-washing is recommended.
