I can’t live without this.. yes dramatic but wow! It is so soft, stays warm for a very long time, and the lavender smell is not overpowering, but very relaxing. It’s a bit weighted which add to the relaxation factor. For the price I’d highly recommend! The nonscented one works great too! My husband is scent sensitive so he prefers that one!

I've used Bed Buddy heat/cool packs for years and recommended them to my patients with aches and pains. Theyare well made, easy to microwave for moist heat or keep in the freezer for cool therapy. These packs mold to any bodyarea that hurts. I send them to family as well. They smell good too.

I had an original bed buddy for at least 10 years. I bought this to replace the original. The problem is the burning. You really need to pay attention and move it around in the microwave at least every 50 seconds or so. However if you can get that handled, that the moist heat is great. That being said, I do not think these news ones will last very long, within the first few days there was burning.
