This helped but did not prevent
I had lots of slugs in my little garden patch so decided to try this. It sticks really well to pretty much anything. I have put it around my garden patch. While there is occassional slug, it definitely helped to deter lot of them.

Good copper tape
This copper tape has saved my plants this summer, both those in pots and the onesplanted in borders. I taped the pots with it and wrapped the stems of tender plants whenplanting in the garden and it has kept the slugs and snails at bay.

Didnt work for me
I bought this product to try and stop slugs and snails and slugs eating my hostas ( in pots) - but unfortunately made no diffrenceat all.
