Brilliant BUT.....
I've seen this advertised so many times and thought it's a brilliant idea and decided to order one as I'm a frequent traveller and this is handy. Got it today 28/11/16, packaging was good but.... the twisting motion is a bit rough or hard, the connector for the mac adaptor isn't snug (I also have the Twelve South Plugbug and the fitting is very good except that it has only 1 usb port), the AUS pin is useless in this one because most of the on/off switch is located on top (therefore it's almost useless when used in Aus)

Great Concept - Room for minor improvements
Overall I really like the concept of this charging station. Using w/ Apple MacBook 12, iPad Pro 9.7, iPhone 6, iPhone 6s Plus, Apple WatchPROS» With all the issues with 3rd party chargers these days I feel comfortable utilizing the stock Apple brick in conjunction with the Twist Plus.» Full pass-thru charge from Apple brick - charged my MB and Apple devices at same rate as direct connect» While somewhat bulky, it actually IS smaller than carrying all the separate devices (world charge adaptors + 4 port USB hub)» Always sparks a conversation when using in public (on airplanes I get, "is that a hair-dryer?")CONS» Some parts feel like cheap Fisher-Price plastic to the touch» The ring does not have a ice smooth motion ... fells like you're forcing it sometimes and it catches a bit leaving you feeling like you might break something if you keep going.» The unit is a bit butt-heavy, with a slight tendency to fall out of the charge socket. I'm using on an airplane presently and between a small amount of turbulence and the mediocre fit of aircraft outlets it has repeatedly fallen out.» Related to above ... While I usually prefer FEWER tiny lights on my electronic devices, this one could benefit from a small light to show that its receiving power/plugged in. A few times it has fallen out of the wall socket enough to lose connection but appears to be plugged in. The only way to tell is to look at charge status on your device.» The Apple power brick does not securely "snap" into the Twist Plus. Its basically a pressure fit. My power brick has fallen off the Twist Plus all by itself.REQUESTS» Reduced size - I saw a similar universal power twist adaptor recently that by itself was about 1/2 the size of the world adaptor portion of this unit. Would like to see the same concept with smaller form-factor.» Better fit of power brick to unit with a haptic snap in» Receiving power light (but please make subtle so as to not keep awake at night)» Power pass through - might be to butt-heavy, but the ability to plus something else in where the logo is (or under a flip up lid?)Overall I really like it - but will use in hotel room during global travel and probably NOT while in transit due to frequency of falling out of socket

Two major problems
I'm disappointed because I loved the idea of a single, take-anywhere charger but . . . it's so heavy that it will fall out of a loose wall socket. Also, and more significantly, mine doesn't charge my tablet if I have a phone or two also charging. When I tried to charge the tablet alone, it was painfully slow. I hadn't seen this issue mentioned in any of the other reviews but it's caused me to put this in the drawer where other tech fails end up.

Works for me!
I was in Europe for several months with my wife and I appreciated having this charger. There weren't always a lot of outlets at the Airbnb's we stayed at, so it was so nice to be able to charge our laptops, tablets, and phones all from one outlet with this thing. The twist mechanism feels pretty solid and worked fine. It is a tad heavy but most outlets are near the floor anyway so it isn't really an issue. I never had a problem with the Mac charger falling off or having it come out of the wall. A tad expensive for some, maybe, but if you'll be in another country for a while and have multiple gadgets to charge, this thing comes in very handy.UPDATE Nov. 2016: a number of months and several trips later and this thing is still going strong. So convenient to be able to charge all my devices from one outlet.

Overall this was useless my entire trip
I purchased this Adaptor for a 5 week trip to England and France. On the trip over on the Queen Mary the adapter would not fit in the British 3 prong outlets on the ship and I had to purchase another adapter to charge my Laptop. When I got to England most of the available plugs that I found were located such that If you pluged the adapter in the Laptop charger could not be installed. When I got to France the wall plugs were inset such that the adapter could not be plugged in and I had to purchase another adapter to charge in France.Overall this was useless my entire trip. It is a good idea but it is sure not universal. I will travel with my old individual regular adapters which have always worked.
