Proper reference cans, they have great low end extension when you change the pads to thick brainwavs angled ones, the retros are a tad more fun since they are boosted but these are properly flat that can take a LOT of power, o2 amp and I can crank it to 3 oclock with room to go and no distortion.

Great no nonsense budget closed backs from monoprice. Make no mistake, these sound flat, and a bit boxey but compared to Monoprice's 8323 and "Modern Retro" models the build quality is fantastic. Thick stock earpads, steel headband, brass cable jack. Only issue I've had was my first pair had a driver die after nearly a year of use. Despite that, for the price, these are criminally underrated.

I record and produce audio books and needed a good pair of headphones to match my budget. These are greaaaaaaat for producing audio. I love them. The other reviews are accurate.

I thought these headphones would be great to have, but unfortunatly the sound let me down.as if the drivers failed. it's playing the sound very low, no matter how high the volume is. It's unfair to me as a user to have only had this item 4 days and it's now useless.

There might be a slight peak in a treble band — I can't hear it but my friend can — but it's a good pair of headphones.In 2021, I have produced quite a bit of material using these that everyone with much more expensive headphones (AKGs and Senns specifically) have said that my mixes sound good on their hi-fi setups and they sound good in the car and on earbuds so if you know what you’re doing even a little bit these are definitely a good buy. Buy them if you’re hurting for money and want something good.

Sound fine, but I find them to be quite uncomfortable by being too tight on the ears/side of head after less than ten minutes of use. Plus, my ears get quite warm by being enclosed during use. I have no idea how others supposedly wear headphones for hours. Was hoping to use them for travel to help isolate the external sound but I doubt I'll be able to tolerate them on a long flight. I've used wired earbud designs on flights but they aren't the best for noise isolation so I thought I would try these.

This headphone is great. The soundstage is wide and the frequency response reminds me of the Audio Technica ATH M40X, though a bit brighter. Awesome headphone

Setting up a home studio. These are my performance and mixing monitors. Comfortable for hours. Perfect audio quality. Powerful, yet natural sound. I heartily recommend these; you won't be disappointed.

lo que me gustó de este producto es la calidad del audio que tiene, ojo yo son un experto en audífonos ya muchos pueden identificar ciertas cosas en el sonido; pero para mi fueron excelentes los uso en una pc de escritorio y portátil y nunca llevo el volumen a más del nivel 20 ya que su tamaño te cubre toda lo oreja y no deja entrar en ruido exterior el cable es muy largo y en los equipos de escritorio es muy importante el largo del cable así uno no se preocupa con el famoso no me alcanza el cable para conectarse, cuenta con adaptador para equipos profesionales de audio.lo único malo es que cuando lo usas mucho tiempo sientes una pequeña molestia de que te aprietan el contorno de las orejas pero con el tiempo se te pasa el dolor ya que se amoldan u se estira la parte metálica que hace la compresión .en resumen tienen unos audífonos muy buenos a buen precio sin despilfarrar mucho dinero con un audio muy claro.

A bit shrill, vocals are a bit over accentuated without enough general sound clarity. I’m writing this in comparison to boses noise cancelling 35s.

Los tuve por una semana, lamentablemente el driver izquierdo comenzo a escucharse con menos volumen, aprox 80% menos. En lugar de pedir unos nuevos solicite un reembolso y compré unos Audio Technica m40x por mas del doble 2100 MXN aprox. En comodidad los Audio Technica son mejores pero en calidad de sonido estos Stage Right son muy buenos, quizas un poco estridentes pero se merecen 5 estrellas.

Pros: They are very nicely built, with comfortable earpads and wide headband. The cable it comes with is also very sturdy.Cons: The sound was just too shrill with not enough low end. Also sounded a bit boxy and not very spacious.Returned this and got the good old Monoprice 8323's. They sound much better, even if they don't seem as sturdily built. The 8323's are also significantly louder.
