"Sweetheart, I think we're going to need a smaller dog"
"LARGE"It arrives in a flat pack form in a simple plastic packaging. It is a fairly substantial piece of kit and weighs around 1.5kg and is about 34" across and 11.4" high (which is a bit deeper than other pools of this type which mostly seem to be about 8")It stays open even when empty and does hold a fair old bit of water. I reckon it holds about 100 litres (about 22 gallons), give or take. The bottom feels quite rugged and thick too, so it won't split or succumb to dog claws in a hurry. The plug in the bottom fits very secrely too, so it doesn't leak. Being collapsable, it folds away easily when not needed. In terms of a "dog pool", well, our pooch will happily wade into pretty much anywhere where there is water...rivers, ponds, lakes, drainage dykes and ditches, the sea....even flooded fields, so we were pretty confident she'd have a go in here. Which she did.......Even before we put the water in! (As you can see from the photos). It's not huge, given her size, but she can easily sit in it or get nice and wet in the summer (she then gets out, comes over to us and shakes herself!). Having a pretty thick coat and black fur, she does suffer a bit from the heat sometimes in the summer, but she loves this to cool off in, so 5 stars. As an aside, I've had one of these before and can attest to the other uses, if your dog doesn't fancy it. It works fine as a toddler paddling pool, an adult "foot bath" on hot summer days (surprisingly cooling and refreshing when partaken in combination with a suitable cold beverage!), filled with a couple of inches of water, a giant potted plant saucer, to put plant pots in there overnight during summer, when they are struggling a bit, to give them a good drink. Similarly, its a good size to store aquatic plants when cleaning out a pond (the dog did still climb into it then, mind!) and, if you stick a couple of large thick duvets in there, a large, cosy, collapsable spare dog/cat... bed.

Disappointed only good for big puppies not small puppies
Really good size except the height is not goos my little Rupert the Pomeranian, who is very small. As it states it's for puppies I am very surprised ar the height unless the puppy is a big breed then wouldn't really recommend as I have to put him in and take him out. π

Expensive for a 6β ankle deep pool. Extremely small dog would like it. Big dogs will probably use it as a large water bowl.
Disappointed with the depth, which is about 6 inches!!! but it will have to do for my young granddaughter. Far too expensive for what it is. Does come with a pet grooming glove that my cat loves otherwise I would have returned for refund but doubt theyβd take it back now as the glove has been used.
