Lovely kettle
Lovely kettle. Excellent customer service and support. I would definitely recommend.

Its loud and the lever snapped off
The kettle looks good but its loud and recently the level snapped off so I wouldn't recommend buying this kettle.

Liked: The look, very ‘Nordic’ looking. The spout pours the water nicely. Yes, very aesthetically pleasing.Disliked: The noise. Jees and crees sounds like a rocket launch every time and I’m not sure I can keep it any longer as I enjoy my hearing and wish to preserve it as I become an old goat.

Boils fast
This kettle boils fast and is not too heavy with easy pour it is good value

Stopped working after 6 months
I bought this kettle as I thought it would look great on my kitchen worktop. It unfortunately didn't live up to my expectations. The knob on the lid very quickly became loose meaning we changed to refilling through the spout rather than by removing the lid. The cream coating became scratched and damaged very easily and then less than 6 months after purchasing it stopped working altogether. Very disappointing. Would not recommend.
